OVERVIEW

This website is operated by Stone & Flame. By accessing our Services or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

SECTION 1 - AGE & ELIGIBILITY

By using this site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have the permission of a legal guardian.

SECTION 2 - PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS & USE

• Natural Variations: Our products are handcrafted from 100% solid organic timber. Slight variations in grain, colour, and texture are natural characteristics of heirloom wood, not defects.

• Safety & Heat: While teak is naturally heat-resistant, it is an organic material. Do not leave utensils in contact with direct open flames. Wood is combustible; Stone & Flame is not liable for damage or injury resulting from the ignition of utensils due to improper supervision or placement near heat sources.

SECTION 3 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, branding, and content are owned by Stone & Flame and protected by Australian copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING & RISK OF LOSS

• Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

• Transfer of Risk: Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Stone & Flame is not responsible for "porch piracy" or theft once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

SECTION 5 - DIGITAL CONTENT & RECIPES

All recipes provided in our digital e-books are for informational purposes. Stone & Flame does not guarantee culinary results and is not liable for allergic reactions. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure ingredients meet their dietary safety needs.

SECTION 6 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent provided by Australian law, Stone & Flame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products beyond the purchase price of the goods.

SECTION 7 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where Stone & Flame is headquartered.
