The Stone & Flame 100-Day Kitchen Companion Guarantee

We are so confident in the quality of our premium teak and acacia kitchenware that we offer one of Australia's most generous trials. Experience the Stone & Flame difference for a full 100 days. If our tools don't provide perfect non-scratch protection and superior control, return them for a full refund—we’ll even cover the return shipping.

1. Australian Consumer Law (Statutory Guarantee)

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality. Our 100-Day Guarantee is in addition to these rights.

2. Return Process

• Initiation: Email hello@stoneandflame.com within 100 days of delivery with your order number.

• Prepaid Label: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label for all Australian orders.

• Inspection: Once received, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective or damaged, contact us within 14 days with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.

4. Exclusions & Proper Care

• Maintenance: Damage resulting from "Dishwasher Use" or a total lack of oiling (leading to extreme drying/cracking) is considered improper maintenance and is not covered as a product defect.

• Care Products: Opened bottles of Organic Mineral Oil or Care Kits are non-refundable.

• Digital Products: Digital recipe e-books cannot be returned.
